Physiotherapy Experience
  • Conduct orthopaedic examinations to determine the biomechanics issue leading to dysfunction
  • Developed an evidence-based running injury prevention program that includes running gait analysis, sport specific orthopaedic assessment, and training load monitoring
  • Developed an evidence-based scapular dyskinesis rehabilitation program for over-head athletes
  • Physiotherapy support of the Swim Canada High Performance Centre Ontario, the Ontario Swimming Academy and the Ontario High Performance Sport Initiative
  • Collaborate with coaching and integrated support team members in the programming of strength and conditioning training, in the areas of injury prevention and rehabilitation 

Coaching Experience
  • Developed periodized training and sessional plans for recreational and competitive triathletes for race distances up to and including ironman
  • Prepared athletes for national and international level competition by developing tapering programs
  • Performed metabolic testing to assess current fitness levels, develop appropriate training programs, and to monitor the effectiveness of training protocols
  • Organized and conducted draft legal cycling clinics throughout Ontario
  • Adapted Cycling Ontario's Learn to Ride program to incorporate triathlon specific cycling skills
  • Coached and aided in the management of the 2010 Ontario Summer Games
